​Work transition support

Target: Those who wish to work and need to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for employment, introduce a place of employment, or provide other support because it is difficult to work alone.

Contents: Persons with disabilities who wish to work and who are expected to be hired at ordinary business establishments, training necessary for production activities, work experience and other knowledge and ability improvement necessary for employment , Support for job hunting, cultivating a workplace according to its aptitude, consultation necessary for establishing in the workplace after employment, and other necessary support.

​Employment retention support

Target: Persons with disabilities who have been employed at a normal business establishment after using life care, independence training, employment transition support, or employment continuation support, and who have continued to work for more than 6 months.

Contents: In order to continue the employment of persons with disabilities newly hired at ordinary business establishments, we will coordinate with companies, welfare service providers for persons with disabilities, medical institutions, etc., and the daily life that accompanies employment. We provide consultation, guidance and advice regarding various problems in living or social life.

​Work continuation support type A

Target: Those who have difficulty working in a company, etc. and who can continue to work based on an employment contract

Contents: For persons with disabilities who are difficult to be employed in ordinary business establishments and who work based on employment contracts with appropriate support, provision of opportunities for production activities and other activities and other knowledge and abilities necessary for employment Provide necessary training and other necessary support to improve the situation.

Target: Those who have used employment transition support offices, etc. but are not connected to employment of general companies, etc., or those who have reached a certain age, etc., and improve their knowledge and ability related to production activities through employment opportunities, etc. And those who are expected to maintain

Contents: Among persons with disabilities who are difficult to be hired at a normal business establishment, those with disabilities who were employed at a normal business establishment will continue to be employed at the business establishment due to their age, physical and mental condition, and other circumstances. Providing opportunities for production activities and other activities for those who have difficulty in employment, those who have not been able to be normally employed due to employment transition support, and those who have difficulty in being employed in other ordinary business establishments. Provide necessary training and other necessary support to improve the knowledge and abilities necessary for employment.
